How to use it

Use the leaves raw in salads and smoothies, or steam them for stir-fries, soups and quiches. They get a little slippery when cooked, a bit like okra.

Container tips

Well-suited to containers. Give it full sun to part shade and average watering. Cut off the flowers so it puts its energy into leaves, and start new plants from stem cuttings.
